How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

доставка 1 месяц, пришли в очень помятой тонкой коробке ( как умудрились выжить, не знаю!). сами наушники очень даже неплохи для своей цены, поставила на зарядку, вставила карту памяти с музыкой, все работает и звучание вполне себе хорошее, соединила через блютуз, тоже все работает. немного непривычно управлять кнопками, которые на наушнике сбоку ( на моих предыдущих управление было прям поверх наушника) , но думаю, что это вопрос привычки. Попользуюсь некоторое время, проверю насколько хватает зарядки и дополню отзыв. А так, товар очень даже хороший за свою цену, посмотрим насколько хватит.

супер. товар прибыл. до Беларуси чуть больше месяца. первое - звук офигенный, чистый, чистые басы, не то что наушники-затычки. второе - наушники прибыли заряженные, плюс к этому мы пол дня их гоняли, слушали (без подзарядки). третье - через блютуз подключились без проблем. четвертое - есть слот для sd-карты (не проверял, но думаю проблем не будет). пятое - на голове сидят удобно, как ребенку так и взрослому (но не регулируется). шестое - цена и качество радует. продавцу спасибо. пускай и дальше держит марку. если кому-то надо наушники с чистым звуком и басами - берите эти, не прогадаете. буду ещё заказывать. одно но.... в заметку продавцу: товар упаковывать лучше, безопасней, а то почта не особо следит за посылками и что в них. коробка была мятая, удивляюсь как по дороге не сломали. а в остальном всё ок.
